The first part of the be.ing transformation process is the application. The only cost to you for applying is your time, and vulnerability. We ask that you take as much time as you need to fill out the questionnaire with your thoughtful answers.
Rev. angel will review your application when it is submitted, and when you are accepted, you will receive an email inviting you to secure your spot.
congratulations, when you are making a deposit you have been accepted, and are choosing to secure your spot for be.ing transformation. You are paying a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your space. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance of your retreat fee, including any "options" that you may choose.
You will have the option of making your deposit & requesting to pay the remaining balance in-full by March 1, or request paid-installments (+$150 processing fee)
the tuition for the retreat is $3000 per person, paid-in-full, or $3150 with paid installments. You will receive a payment link with your balance or payment plan installment, depending on the option you choose on the registration page.
A payment plan is available that allows you to pay (3) equal payments of $883.33 by the first of each month. This includes an additional processing fee of $150, and does not include "extra options" selected during registration.
Retreat Tuition (paid in full) is due by March 1, 2019. Payment plan options are due April 1, 2019
A final payment for "options" (e.g., room upgrade) will be payable on March 15, 2019. If this payment plan is not workable for you, please reach out and propose another, but please know that administering specific plans may be beyond our capacity. That said, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable proposals.
Tuition & all retreat materials, including a personalized wooden “jo staff”, group/speciality training sessions, individual coaching, ground transportation between airport & venue, lodging (double or triple occupancy) and, three(3) meals per day, starting with appetizers & dinner on June 1, ending with breakfast on June 8th.
Airfare to the Molokai, Hawai’i Airport is not included , and participants are responsible for those arrangements. Ground transportation to explore the island is not included. Rental cars/taxi information is provided below for participants who wish to drive and/or self-organize carpools. Additional cost for bringing back your "wooden staff" may also apply depending on your airline regulations.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. After that:
- 100% of funds paid are refundable with notice before January 1.
- 50% of funds paid are refundable with notice before February.*
- 25% of funds paid are refundable with notice before March 1.*
- There are no refunds after March 1, 2019.
*The declining return percentage enables us to offer a discount to fill your spot as the retreat gets closer and is more difficult to secure people. However, if there is a waitlist, we will make every attempt to fill your spot from there. If that is possible, we will happily return your funds minus payment plan processing fees if any, plus a $500 administrative fee.
